I had a PDL with CashNetUsa which I have been trying to settle with no luck. But who is NetCash. I got a call yesterday at work from Asset something or other trying to collect for NetCash. That name is not on my list of PDLs that I had. I got another call today at work from the same people after I told them I can't take calls at work. Because one was my direct line and the other the switch board she seemed to think that was OK. Then they she said they were marking me "refused to pay." I said I was simply exercizing my rights! "Whatever." she said and hung up.
What other names does Netcash have? Thanks in advance for you answers!

And was your caller Asset Resource Management. Sounds like the lady I talked to but then again, many of them sound the same.

I know CashNet is legal in most places but I don't know about NetCash! What I am trying to find out is if they have other name because I don't have any record of dealing with NetCash, only CashNet.

I just went back to my notes and found an entry that said NC. Borrowed 300. paid 3 payments of 90 each. I may have paid more but I am not sure. Now the bottom feeder wants 600.00. Sure! I see that happening real soon! Lets see them collect an illegal company with illegal interest without supporting documentation!.

There is a NetCashUSA and it is not the same as CashNetUSA. They are two separate companies. NetCash does sell off some its loans to buyers like Asset Acceptance when they go into default so I would guess Frogpatch needs to deal with them now.

Good to know thanks! I was wondering because one is legal and the other one isn't... I love how all the names are so similar that it is just confusing!

Texas is a funny state. Technically payday loans are illegal, but there are stores all over the state and the Consumer Credit Commission has publicly stated that while it collects complaints against pdl's, it doesn't act on them.

I borrowed from NetCash USA which is internet and apparently is also ZipCash.Borrowed 400 and have pd back 480. I defaulted and they are asking me to pay them 520. I need to know if this is legal in Texas before I start making payments to them. Thank you taking time to respond.

All payday loans in Texas are illegal is what Freaky was saying. And as in regards to my post, NetCash is the illegal one out of the two that I mentioned.
