I would suggest you read the forums here to see what you can learn. I was in your boat about two weeks ago when I stumbled upon this forum while looking for another PDL to cover my butt. I would suggest closing you bank account and read the "Closing Bank Account due to PDL's" once you get your account closed send all your PDL company's the letter listed in the unlicensed letter thread.

I would make sure that your lenders are illegal in your state. I am sure someone else can verify whether or not they are.

Hi OP,

As per your states' laws, PDL lending is prohibited in your state. Cashnetusa is the only legal lender in your list and they are registered as a CSO. You are only responsible to pay Cashnet Usa as per the agreement. As for the illegal lenders, don't pay them a penny more than the actual amount borrowed.
