InstantCashUSA: basically saying contact us now about loan
Payday-Loan-Yes: good ole Tim Atkins saying there is a problem with my checking account
Paychecktoday and CashadvanceNetwork: sent same exact emails each twice today, which I responded all four. Pasted below is my response to Paychecktoday's second email. (I sent same email to Cashadvancenetwork just asked for different refund amount)
Hello,
I've responded to an email you've sent me earlier
today, prior to this one. But I will gladly respond
to this one as well. Your payday loans are illegal in
the state of Massachusetts, all I am obligated to pay
is the principle which I've overpaid by $435.00.
Please send refund as paper check to:
My Address
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will
file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney
General, and inform them of the fact that you tried to
debit my account after I revoked ACH authorization,
which violates federal law.
Pasted below your email that I am replying to is the
copy of the email which was sent to you via email and
fax on Saturday October 25th, 2008
