My thoughts are with you, I know how stressful this must be.Â* I would definitely ask your bank to make sure the account is frozen/deposits only and remains that way while you go through the claims process.Â* Go to the bank armed with all the information you need to get this done.Â* I would also take a copy of thisÂ*with you as they must honor your rights.Â* Best wishes and keep us posted.

Please be careful putting stop payments on these loans. It will cost you a lot of money and chances are it will not work. These companies use so many different names that if the payment is stopped for one name they will simply use another name. They also have been known to change the amounts to debit. There is no way to know what to stop as far as names or amounts. Also , if all else fails they will put thru a paper check.You need a closed account, or a hard debit block put on.Its the only way to be safe
