I have opened a new account.
There is a debit (fraud)block on my old account.

I will have defaulted tomorrow, they are all due to come out and none will go through.

Should I send out my C&D letters now?

I am located in Maryland.

Thanks in Advance!

In my opinion; I would wait until i make sure in the morning that the debits did not hit, then i would send out your letters.

The experts will be around soon to help you out....you might want to list your pdl's, how much you borrowed and how much you have paid so far..

good luck.

Fortunatey it looks like from your earlier post that you do not have any of the real bad ones to deal with. Just be ready for some nasty collection tactics. They may disregard your letters.

I can deal with them.
I have a direct line at work with caller ID LOL
and if I dont recognize the number on my home phone I dont answer. I will be getting with the MD commission of finance regs tomorrow and see what they can help me with.

Sorry, I didn't realize you had earlier posts...for me it hasn't been too terribly bad...hang in there and stay strong and don't back down...
