I would bet that most of the internet lenders we hate do not belong to the CFCA . . . . Most of those lenders are good about following the laws.

I went to their site but everything is password protected. You have to look for their log on the PDLs site. They do have a contact email. Lets go get 'em.

Cash Net USA is on it, but they are licensed in every state they lend in, or doing the CSO thing.

CSO means Credit Service Organization. In Florida and Texas Cash Net USA acts as a CSO not a pdl.

Check n Go is a member. Maybe they could help make Check n Go work with you, but I don't know . . . . They don't have a complaint form or anything on their website. But it may be worth contacting them to see if there is anything they can do to help you.

This is good info...hopefully it will be another place we can go to for help..although like Goudah said most of these places are not the ones we all have had issues with. Too bad they can't be made to belong to this group before practicing!!
