I agree with sass. I sent it to EVERYONE. I didn't want to take any chances! They may have looked at my letter like I was a nut case since I never signed anything stating wage assignment, but I didn't care. Cover your butt!!!

I sent them to everyone too. The second you don't, one of these jokers will decide they are going to use it and contact your payroll department. Oh oh cannr, when I sent a wage revocation letter to DMS Marketing, the witch I was dealing with emailed me back and said, "What are you talking about?"
LMAO. I didn't bother attempting to explain it to her. They were probably dialing the phone that very minute to call my hr dept to get my wages. I don't trust any of them.

Oh, sass! I'm cracking up! She probably thought "What the hell is this?" LOL! I swear, I just sent it to every single one of them so they couldn't come back on me saying I signed something. I knew I didn't, but do you really think I was going to take the chance of getting THREATENED with it? Oh no! I read too much on here and probably revoked things that didn't even exist to all my pdl's! LOL! Hey, can't say I didn't cover myself!

She was completely stupid, cannr. I am sure she knew darn well what it was. They were calling my work every five minutes. There was no way I wasn't going to cover my a$$ with every single one of these places. It was someone from Westbury Ventures that said that to me!

Update! Well, some good news this morning. I got an email from paydayok stating they consider my loan paid in full. I'm not sure if i will settle for that as i overpaid them $1500! I just got their email and am waiting for responses on 5 others, i will wait a few days and see if i get any other responses and then make my decision. So for today, one small victory dance, many more to come! ~~{}~~

Congratulations! Make sure you have the PIF in writing! And, if you feel like it, try for a refund. My gosh, you paid them so much over! Good for you & keep us posted on what's going on!

Congratulations vlindell!!! I found Payday OK to be one of the easiest companies to work with, and also one of the friendliest. Whatever you do, keep that copy of the PIF letter. Do not ever under any circumstances lose it or throw it out because you never know when some bottom feeder is going to try to collect.

Congratulations on the PIF. It does not hurt to try to get a refund. Whether or not you get it, well you never know until you try. I got a refund from one of the companies I had a pdl through and nothing from the others. I have been given the run around so much for MagnumZ, that it isn't funny. Be pursistant though. Again congrats!!!

Just a piece of advice, if anyone's interested. I talked to my hr dept today and explained everything and how I was worried about wage assignments and the woman I talked to told me to send them (the hr department) a copy of a wage revoke letter, but not to send one to the pdl companies because it might give them ideas. She said if they send in the paperwork, her forwarding them that letter would cover it. Also, on that note, my state's AG told me to pretty much avoid contact with them unless I wanted to try to get them to stop calling me. I actually haven't contacted any of them, but Angela Morgan from Westbury is emailing me 3 times a day. Just a seed of thought.

PayDay OK has reviewed your request and is willing to offer you a refund of $250.00.
I know I paid a huge amount in excess interest but this is wayyyyy more than i ever hoped for when i first came here looking for help. OH WHAT A FEELING!! lol. Thank you all again so much for the invaluable advice and support, i could never have done it without you. One down, 7 to go, and now i know i can do it!

That's GREAT!!!! Thanks for sharing that news--it will give everyone here hope!
And I agree with the school of thought that it's more important to ensure that your HR gets copies of your wage revokation letters than the actual PDL's. It's good to send to the PDL's as well, but since HR will actually be reviewing their attempts to debit, always good to get it to them first.

Good Morning all! It is a bright and sunshiny friday! One more down, had a PIF sitting in my inbox this morning! Happy dance, Happy dance! 2 down, 6 to go. Not bad for a weeks work! Now, i have a new question and need opinions. I have a response from DMSmktg(loanstore) Here is there response:

"Vicki,

Please give me a call at the number listed below so that we may discuss your accounts. I will be in the office until 11:30 a.m. if I am not in please contact Rachel Kimball at ext 353. Thanks in advance."
I know the people in the forum have had very good luck with the two ladies that are listed in the email but i am very hesitant to contact any pdl on the phone. I am not a good debator, and i am afraid they would start slamming me with the usual b.s. and i would crumble, but i really want to settle with these people, i have overpaid them $421. Any advice or comments on vjohnson before i decide what to do?

Thanks again, youre angels!

I dealt with Rachel and she was very nice and very helpful and she made sure we got our refund. This was the only company I got a refund from. Do give them a call. Like the other pdl, they will have a form for you to sign.

Keep up the good work and congratulations

Yippee!! Happy Happy Friday!! Dmsmktg is giving me a PIF. I didnt push the refund but i mostly just want to be done with all these people. I did ask for a refund of the last $45 debit that went though and she happily agreed. She will be emailing me papers to sign and that will be 1 more down!! 5 left. Wow, this is amazing. I have saved myself almost $600 in payments this month alone. I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel! Everyone have a wonderful weekend!! I certainly will.
