I am very confused about how to go about this... Do I just walk in and say hey, i need to set up a payment plan. And what to do if they refuse to give it to you.

I have 2 Payday Loans

I live in michigan

One with Check-n-go for 620$ (counting fees)
One with advance america for 676$ (counting fees)

Store Fronts are operating legally
If they are members of The CFSA they will grant you the EPP. Extended payment plan.
You need to go into the store and request this prior to default.
This plan allows you to pay off your loan in 4 installments with no additional interest
