Has anyone from Michigan fought and won with PDLs? I need to hear some success stories to keep my hopes up!

minsmi -
YES!
Please post your information:
-names of all pdl companies
-whether they are internet or storefront
-how much you borrowed
-how much you have repaid each one (including interest, fees, etc.)
Just a note, minsmi - Michigan is really cracking down on internet lenders. They know about them, they know they are illegal, and our Office of Financial and Insurance Services (OFIS) is starting to go after them.
Once you post that info, we can definitely help you out.

I do not live in MI, however I am dealing with the same thing you are dealing with. Joining this site is one good thing you did because it will help you get your finances back in order. You might want to contact the Attorney General office in your state to see how they hand the illegal payday companies. Good luck and God Bless.
