I just spoke to the credit counselor that was referred to me by this site. i was told that they could consolidate my pdl's but the minimum fee would be $100 per month per loan.

has anybody else been quoted this dollar amount also? is this normal for these type of consolidations?

and who is this T&C that i keep reading about. If someone could send me the info them i would appreciate it.

also, would it be better to let these pdls go into collections before attempting to consolidate them?

How much have you paid each one? Are they licensed in your state to lend? If you have paid back what you have borrowed, then you need to send them a demand to mark your account paid in full with your state laws in the letter.

i have 2 others that i have to gather the totals on.

I live in NJ. according to what I've read internet pdls are illegal in my state.

pdl debt is about $1800
cc debt is about another $1200

i just don't think that $100 per loan, which equals about $500 per month just on the pdls seems a little high to me. not to mention they are going to charge me a monthly fee of $49, plus my first payment goes to them as well.

You only owe what you borrowed. So the way I see it, you only owe

mypaydayloan You have paid back what you borrowed.

United Cash Loans $30.00

Once you have paid these amounts, you will have paid back what you borrowed. You need to put a letter together stating your state laws and stating you are only paying back what you borrowed and the amounts you still owe.

can anyone tell me i have a pdl with an internet site the amount its 500 i told them i cant repay at once i want to do paymanent plan what they told me out the blue please call to make payments for 820 just like that ... the site name is 911cashloans . is this site linces in nj ?
