What should my first step be after I have missed payments on my pdl's? They are trying to contact me and I am not sure how to respond to them.

Are these internet or storefront! Are they debiting your account?

1. List the companies you have the loans with and whether it is a store front operation or an internet operation.

2. List the original amount of the loan for each account

3. List what you have paid so far for each loan.

4. List what state you currently reside in.

This would help us a lot to provide you with the correct answers to your question.
