I live in Mississippi and I got a few payday loans on the internet midland financial , paydayloan yes, hushawk group and fox enterprises and purpose cash advance and I owe them now . I recived a call from VCS and they stated I had to pay 2000 by the end of the month but they would set a pay arrangement for me but the first payment had to be 1500 I stated I did'nt have it so they stated that if I did'nt give them nothing they would get me for fraud. Is this true

No...they cannot get you for fraud...debts are civil matters, not criminal.
