yeah well I dont let them bug me....I called the attorney general and the florida financial services..they gave the number of the texas and delawares state attorney general for consumer protection so two of them can work together plus Im being handled by T & C....I dont deal with them no more

u know whats funny that ezpayday loan, emailed me saying im late..my husband and I sahred the same email..I dont owe them but it was addressed to me...so I used it against them too...

I was infromed by one of the state financial analyst here in florida that they have no control over internet payday loan. They dont have to be licensed in our state since they operate online. however, they cant sue me because theyre not registered to operate in our state. The only way to file a complaint is to file a complaint against them at their own state where theyre located.

funny thing that happened.the payday laon who called my husband, they got scared when my hsband screamed at them on the phone..two of them just suddenly sent an emial telling him his account is fully paid..So i was like holy crap..you just need to scream at them?..lol..he got rid of his while I have mine..well I take that back, AIP is out..the only one im dealing with is payday loan yes thats it nothing else..which is being taken care of T & C

it is funny..well he kinda freaked out because they called him at work. The guy even threatened him about brining a sheriff..So he said "hey Im waiting..was that check signed? becuase I dont remember signing a check for you and are you licensed here in florida"..The guy hang up then and we didnt expect theyre gonna close it..lol

ok..been awhile since I last logged on here..I just got an email from bbb...two of my payday loan decided to refund money to me..I was happy..and the rest was being taken care of T & C..the payday loan still calls me at work but oh well, I transfered so it didnt bother me..they stopped calling and hope to God they leave us alone for good...We are actually trying to budget everything and restart our finances again and we swear until we die not to get involved in any payday loan ever!..lol
