I got a loan with them back in November. I got the email from them with the copy of the loan agreement and a few days later the money was in my bank account. Then, on the date specified they withdrew the money.

I also got a loan for my friend with them and it was the same thing, she received the copy of the loan information and a couple days later had the money in her account. The only thing with hers was, since I did it for her online I printed a copy of everything and gave it to her, and she noticed the money would be withdrawn on May 12 2007 instead of 2008. My friend needed an extension til the 15th and they gave it to her with no problem but when they extended it they changed the date to 2008 so we can only wonder if their computer would have known to make the withdrawl, or if the 2007 would have confused it.

I applied for a loan for my boyfriend and he was initially declined because I made a couple typos. Then when I submitted a corrected application he got a confirmation of the loan details but he never did get the money so I guess if you mess it up the first time that's it.

The only other thing I should mention is that I don't care how much you apply for (I applied for 200, my boyfriend applied for 250, my friend applied for 300) YOU ALWAYS RECEIVE 255. This is weird to me. You can apply for all these different amounts but everyone seems to be approved for 255, which makes it 300 after the fee.

I applied on 7/24 and am told by contract payments are due 8/7 but i don't even have the money which I need desperately

I am having the same problem I applied Yesterday and still have not recieved the money and for the same amount 255.Should we be worried should we change Banks ?

i would stay away from them i heard alot of people were having problems with them so be careful.

Perhaps there is a "limit" to which they will loan in certain States or it is the set amount on a first time loan. Sounds like a lot of people are getting approvals with no money. As blinkberry says, stay away if you can. PDLs are extremely dangerous.

they say i am approved and money has not been deposited and they say i signed and i do not recall. but yet they say that payment is scheduled for 8/14 and that is not a pay day date. what should i do?

I applied for a loan on 9/7/08. I received the money on 9/9/08. The withdrawal date was over 2 weeks ago and they never took any money out. My bank says no attempts have been made to collect and to withdraw authorization from my account to Money and More. Are they out of business?

They are still around. They don't always take it out when it is due -- it may be a few days later.
