im in the state of montana,one from sds processing says that interest keeps adding on so from a 250 loan it's now up to 500 and in the paper it was a finace chargeof 90 dollars

Montana requires internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state.

If you type the name of the lender into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum you can read what other members wrote about these lenders.

these above are all online payday loans and i have paid only about 100 to each, one company i didnt even sign with and they put the money in my account, on of these sent it account to a place ca,led REDCO collections i cant find them anywhere

I'm sure you probably can BUT, if they are illegal lenders they will obviously NOT follow the BK laws either.

you did say they have to lic in the state of montana to do business how do i find that list? how do i find out the illegal ones

EXCEPT Shazzers I just found out these guys don't have to be licensed in Montana per BBB info I just found:
High COuntry Ventures/ ROcky BOy/ PDL Ventures

As of June 3, 2009....per Seattle/Montana BBB website.

Shari, all I know is per the BBB just ROcky Boy it was determined they don't have to be licensed in Montana because they are on Indian Reservation. I'm just speaking of ROcky Boy, High Country, PDL Ventures (they got by multiple names)....

I highly doubt they have been placed in court being they are not licensed to lend in your state. Sounds like they are trying to intimidate you. Have you received a court summons or did they tell you this verbally?
