Does anyone know about Morgan Jackson LOC ?
I had received a very threatening series of calls regarding a Pack Management PDL, but Pack said they sold it to zardam. When I call the number I was given by the caller, their system answers Morgan Jackson LOC (or maybe LLC). The phone number is 800-250-1365.
They called me at work and told someone in the office that if I didnt call by 3pm they would serve me with a summons for check fraud. Of course no summons and actions on the circuit court site have been found. When I did speak with their rep I told him I dispute it. Its the only thing he allowed me to say.
Having used this site often, I know they could be fined. But I'm having trouble finding them.
Pack is not licensed in Florida, so theres not much they can do to me. I cant have calls like this at work. I did file complaints about Pack with the FTC, AG and FOFR. I sent an email to Pack who said they sold the alleged debt. I replied that my cease and desit letter states " you and your alliliates" which they replied they are not afiliated with the collection company. But when I get my answers from the govt. I will reiterate the affiliate angle.
But I would really like to file complaints about Morgan Jackson.
