Can someone help? I have searched and can't find the answer. Is Payday Cash Link another one of the MTE companies? Also, my letter to the address they list on their web page in Las Vegas came back as address unknown. Does anyone have another address? Thanks! I am trying to file complaints with the NV AG and BBB on them.

Is that the info you had?
It also said they since 7/31/07 they were unable to confirm that they had a license to do business.
If you had the same address, and got your letter back, I'm thinking they are probably illegal, and they picked up and moved cause the heat was on them.

Yes, that is the address I sent my letter to revoking my ACH withdrawals. It came back as address unknown. But, I guess I have no choice but to use that address in my complaint since that is the only one we can find! Guess they went overseas, too?

I have had the same problem with them. I used that address as well and used it to file my complaints. I just checked and it is the one listed on their web site.

I would think if you use that address to file your compaints and they don't respond, they really can't do to much to you.

I had alreaady filed by time I found out the address was not good. I would say that is why they move around so much. I was hoping by the time they got around to investigating this at the AG, there would be a good address.

Not showing it on my ever growing MTE d/b/a list. However, it does state on the BBB site (even if the address is no longer valid) that this company was not licensed. I'm sure they up and moved.

Guys--I really do think the pdls monitor this forum. After posting this question, I got a call from Payday Cash Link and they did leave a message on my answering machine (of course I didn't answer it). anyway, they said they needed to discuss my outstanding balance and my "new loan"? WTF? I have not applied for a new loan with them. So, this morning I decided I would log in to my account at Payday cash link, and lo and behold, it says PAID IN FULL! This is two PIFs this week! You guys are fantastic with the help you give!

srowan, congratulations to you!  Yes, I'm positive the pdl's know about this site. After posting regarding a few issues regarding a particular pdl, the next day I received an email from them. Whatever! I'm just glad you got a pif! And, I do hope that you printed that baby out to save until the day you die! Keep it, keep it, keep it! Good job!

Yes, I sure did print that baby out! Haha. I have a nice little collection now of four PIFs and one "written off" from Paycheck Today that I am reading about on another post on how to proceed with that one.
