Can anyone help me with the addresses to Geneva Roth/LoanPoint, MTE, Crown Lending, ameriloan, Power Funding, One Click Cash, and Paycheck today? Thanks,

Can they legally call my work? or can I tell them I only want to deal with them in writing and they have to honor it?

Go to the BBB national site and enter their names. Most addresses can be found there.

I will try to get addresses for you, but in the mean time if you put the names in the search box above you can most likely find the addresses there.

A validation letter is for third party collectors and is required for them to anwer within thirty days under the fdcpa. I will send you a template to use!

According to Cannr's dba thread, Paycheck Today is an MTE company.

So ameriloan, MTE, Paycheck Today, and One Click Cash are all MTE companies.

That leaves two if I do the math right.

A, In the letter I pm'd you, you will instruct them not to call you at work and to correspond with you in writing only....9 time out of 10 they will continue to call. I have found if you do not take their calls but keep a record of their calls, they will stop callling for a little while. Do you know how to use the om feature at the bottom of the posts?
