Here is Cannr's DBA thread:

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...n/mte-dba.html

The other's, Power Funding & Geneva Roth/Loan Point, aren't MTE. I just wasn't reading close enough.

I sent you a template for a validation letter. Please use this only in the case that you are turned over to a third party collector.

A, are you asking if the internet pay day loans are prhohinited in PA? The laon company must be licensed in the state they are operating out of. If they are not licensed in the state they operate out of, they are unlicensed and illegal. But Cash Net is not operating as a pay day loan company. They are operating as a Credit service organization and are licensed. This means that you need to work with them to set up payments to pay them back. As for paying back the companies that are not licensed, I paid back what I borrowed from them becuase I did take the money and used it.

A.. so far from going back through your thread, I have this figured for you....

Geneva - borrowed 400 - paid 480 - overpaid 80
Crown - borrowed - 300 - paid 360 - overpaid 60
MTe - overpaid by 200
ameriloan - overpaid by 325
2 Power Funding - overpaid by 325
One Click - Overpaid by 325
Paycheck Today - borrowed 300 - paid 270 - owe 30
Fast Cash borrowed 350 - paid 210 - owe 140
National Payday borrowed 350 - paid 210 - owe 140

How much did you borrow from Cash Net 500/PAyday Loan Yes?

So far from going through your thread Geneva, Crown, MTE, Ameriloan, 2 Power Funding, One Click Cash, Pay Check Today are listed by members as being unlicensed and illega. Start with these to send your letters to.

I borrowed from Cash Net /Payday Loan Yes 350.00, and have paid 3 refinances of 105.00. Also, I thought Fast Cash/Payday two was part of PaydayLoanYes, do you know? Thanks

A, I did read on another thread that Cash Net 500 and Payday 2 are sister companies...any one else familiar with this?

Cash Net USA is operating as a payday loan company. The only states they operate as a CSO in are Florida, Texas, and one other one I can't remember right now.

Cash Net USA is lending to PA consumers under their Nevada pdl license.

Right, but it said again:

I didn't want anyone to get confused.

It is not related to Payday 2. Cash Net 500 is also known as Payday Loan Yes, Gloabl Financial, and USA Cash Express.

So, do I ask them for a copy of their license to operate in pa before I work out some type of agreement? How do I know for sure that they are illegal to operate in pa? Is there some type of database that I can look into? I just want to make sure that they are illegal to lend to me in pa before I continue, I do not want them sueing me, or worse. I am really worried about dealing with them. I will work with CashNet USA. Thanks
