Yes, she is trying to scare you. Again try not to take any calls from any pdl's. Even if you answer, if they ask for you tell them you are not there. I have pay day loan yes. They are a pain in the butt. They will call and e-mail. We have already determined they are unlicensed and illegal so there are no worrys with them. DO not let them scare you. Just work on your letters and get them mailed out. You can also e-mail and fax them in addition to mailing them. I initially e-mailed and faxed mine so they got them right away and followed up with USPS mail that day.

They enjoy scaring everyone so much, we need to think of a way to scare them half to death.

A, and be sure to get that bank account taken care of before you send the letters. If they get the letters before you close your account, they will try to debit to get their money before you close the account and many times will debit for the whole ammount.

Guys...they just do not care. They have been brainwashed to believe they are not wrong to do what they do. Unfortunately there are mean and ugly people in this world.

YOu might even see them debit for the whole amount or 2 separate amounts equalling the whole amount. I had one that seperated into 4 seperate debits when one did not go through.

A, do NOT money gram them any money. Their "litigation department" is them. Their "fraud department" is them. It's THEM. Do not be frightened of her threats. Illegal company. They can not send you to the "litigation department" or the "fraud department". They are illegal. Please, do not take their calls. If they call and you realize it is a pdl, hang up. Only communicate with them via email email or USPS. You need documentation of everything. This includes their "threats". Telephone calls have no documentation.

What if I lie to them and tell them I don't work anymore? What will they do? Will they call my boss to see if I am still employed?

Is there a way to have someone else tell them that you no longer work there? That's what I did. "She no longer works here." Is there someone that can do that for you?

A, that's what I did. If it was a pdl, they were told "She no longer works here." End of them calling work. They did hit my cell phone pretty hard though. But that's okay. If you can get someone there to tell the pdls you are no longer employed there, they won't call there. They'll just hit your home/cell phone.

What if I have somone tell them I no longer work there, and change my cell phone # that I gave them. Will they try to contact me any other way? Can they put anything on my credit report. Can they look me up any other way to find me?

A, if you can get them to stop calling your work, great! If you change your cell phone number, wonderful! They can't call you at all. They will have to email you or USPS you. No phone calls. Can they find you any other way? Well, they know where you live, but I don't plan on seeing an illegal pdl pulling up in your driveway any time soon. As far as will it go on your credit report, I want to say "no"; however, I had one hit mine. It was removed already. Got it taken care of. Never let your guard down.
