You have jotted down almost all their DBA names. Did you see this one?

Okay. I read through the thread. It's old, but I don't care. I want EVERY name they have used/are using. So, after reading it, the ones I didn't have and have now added are:
Loans Til Pay Day
1,000 Pay Day Cash
Pay Day Loans 1,000
Instant Cash Loans Til Pay Day
No Faxing Pay Day Loan
Preferred Cash Loans (d/b/a One Click Cash)
Thanks for the thread!

I've added these names to the first post to keep the list together in one spot. I also added one more - Cash Advance Network (CAN).Can you believe these people????

Did you know that they were ordered cease and desist by Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit? Read this one.

I am waiting for the day when this company will be completely shut down in all the states in US. They are acting like evils.

Oh, hell yes! I have about 40 copies of that printed out! LOL! I kept it and sent it to them. Didn't do a damn thing for me; however, it will be included with my information to Oklahoma. I think everything under the sun is going to be included!

steg, I believe you may be correct on that one. I seem to remember seeing that somewhere. I wonder if there's a copy of the cease & desist for CA also? If so, I could print that out and include it.

Now I knew that ameriloan and United Cash Loans were the same, as when I was looking up information and addresses to send them letters and connect to what my loan said online.... My login's were exactly the same name1 and name2, and of course everything else was the same.

But now I know they are the dreaded MTE Financial. Well that will be fun, and it will be one phone call to take care of two loans... Fun

poko, good luck to you. They are nasty, nasty. One phone call will take care of two? No. MTE is notorious for denying who they are. It's stressful at first dealing with them, but then it gets almost funny. But the NOT funny part is that they will try to debit the living crap out of you. They are very illegal and very sneaky and they do not hesitate to lie. :?

cannr. . .thanks for the list. As you know, I am involved with two of them. . .Ameriloan, which I just settled relatively painlessly and USFastCash who is playing hardball. I knew that they were one in the same as they both have the same mailing address in Oklahoma. The list is great for those of us who need to know the connections of who they are dealing with.

I really don't know if it stands for anything. It's just MTE Financial. I'm sure it stands for something TO THEM! LOL! I could make up my own name for it, but I don't think I should post it!
