Here is the contact info for MTE:

MTE FINANCIAL
15 G S.E.
MIAMI, OK 74355
phone: 1-866-213-0268
fax: 1-866-539-7503
email:compliancedepartment@mtefs.com

First and foremost, though, can you give us the following info, and we might be able to offer you some advice to help you get through this - you may have already overpaid on your payday loans:

-state you live in
-what lenders you are dealing with
-how much you borrowed from each lender
-how much you have paid back on each loan
-whether the lenders are internet or storefront based

With that info, we can help you understand your state laws regarding payday lending, and help you figure out if you've overpaid on these loans and should start asking for them to be marked paid in full!

:-)

MTE Financial is affiliated with Rio Resources. Check their other DBA names in this link below

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...bout14929.html

If you can prove that MTE did an unauthorized debit, dispute the charges with your bank. They will investigate with the pdl company and verify the charges. If it’s not proved, your bank will revert the charges to your account

Default over paid on loan

I borrowed 300$ from MTE Financial. They said they would take 90$ from my account for 4 paydays, OK that was done.loan paid off. Then the next payday they took 140$ out of my account. which means they owe me 140$

Jeffrey....most often the way an internet payday company works is: they take out $90 every payday as the Fee for the loan...then after so many (like 4 payments) they will begin to take the fee + some money toward to actual principle...most often if the lender is not licensed this means you are over paying according to most state laws. If you can tell us what state you are in...and how much exactly theyhave taken for the loan we can give you some suggestions in how to handle this.

How do we know how much they are going to take out each time, if we cannot log onto a website or ever get a hold of customer service.

When you took out the loan they should/would have emailed you a "contract" that spells out what their payments are...there also would be a telephone number for customer service listed if they do not have a web site. Can you tell us what company you are dealing with? Maybe someone here has also and can give you some insight.

vicky, have you done anything regarding your bank account? These guys have your bank account information. They have debited your account $675.00 too much. They are unlicensed/illegal in the United States. Also, you reside in a state where pdls are prohibited. I am going to post your state pdl law so that you can see it. I am also going to post something regarding closing your bank account. You do not want to keep the same bank account with these illegal people knowing your information, okay? And, yes, we can send these guys a letter (we can help you with this) and we can file complaints against them with the government agencies. First I'm going to post your state law so you can see they are prohibited. Then I'm going to post the information regarding closing your bank account and opening a new one. Read this information. If you have any questions, just post them. We can help you with this.
