Can anyone provide one? I am looking for something related to the compliance department. I am tired of dealing with UFC and I want to go straight to MTE. Thanks

Call your bank tomorrow am. Ask for the name and number of the source of your last ACH from them, their processor.. Call them and let me know how it goes. I'll respond to your comment from my site via email later tonight. Thank you

James...thanks for the tip. I have already asked my bank for the ACH processor on UFC and they are going to research that for me tomorrow. I guess I wasn't thinking that getting that info would lead me back to MTE. I believe that UFC is part of MTE and I am just trying to get to the proper person to get this thing taken care of. I will let you know what they tell me. I stopped their ACH's way back in February, and since I declined their generous "offer" to settle, they are now on the warpath to get more money out of me. Like that is going to happen. I'll look for that email. Thanks.

llw, here is the MTE email address. compliancedepartment(at)mtefs.com They have emailed me from it so, I know it is good. I have loans with them driectly as well as UFC and some of their other ones. Good luck!

Good Luck with MTE, they aren't very helpful either. I got a really nasty email from them, responded back to them and am now waiting to hear back. They also have responded to my BBB complaint saying that I knew what I was getting into and now I am just trying to take "the easy way out". I also responded back to the BBB explainin the illegalness of the loan and am now waiting to hear back on that also. I have not heard from UFC since sending my letter to them. My state has actually filed a Destist and Refrain order against them, I wonder if that is why I haven't heard? One of the other MTE companies I am dealing with keeps sending me emails thanking me for my loan application but the cannot give me a loan. Doesn't make sense, since I have not applied for a loan with them or anyone since starting to clean up my PDL mess!!! Well, I hope you have some luck with them, let me know if you need anything else!

momof1...thanks a bunch. I have sent a copy of my C and D letter over to the address you provided, as well as a copy of my most recent two letters to my AG's office. Ameriloan is also part of MTE and I had no problem with them at all. I had paid what was owed, the BBB sent my complaint, and the deal was done. I want this UFC thing over and then I will have only Star Advance to deal with. God only knows when they will come out of the woodwork again.
