anyone familiar with pa, if so i got a return call this morning from 610-784-7692 for monies from this MTE financial well she says instantcashusa, but i emailed them and they were supposedly getting back with me to make arrangements or whatever. I brought the number up and its on the corner of S Juniper st and Market St. It says its ATX telecommunications.
I was hung up on when she said she was going to get someone on the line for me because im not able to view my contract at all, i dont think they have one for me. I really dont recall doing this loan, but the funds are in my acct from MTE.
I already filed through bbb and now i cant even get anyone to talk to me. I used my cell phone and everything i have tried the # above and 888-255-1110
Any suggestions

I know, i did get through. Now my question is i apparently got this 300 from MTE now this Instantcashusa has it, now i legally do not owe this instantcash anything would i.
I am so stuck on this one.

I believe Instant Cash USA is MTE.

yeah i just found out they got my loan monday thats what mte says. Mte apparently sold it to instantcashusa. instantcashusa says theyve had for a while, not sure what is going on.

now what am to expect, MTE told me when funds come out of my acct it will be instantcashusa so are they both goign to take out funds!! That is what im wondering. I still dont have a contract for either one, i know stupid in the first place to apply. The instantcash place tries to get me to veridy when i took out the loan i tell them i dont recall any of it and they say you did get the funds didnt you on july 29 correct. I said i did not aurhorize anything and she stated well unless someone else knows that you work for **&&** and make $$$ how else would we get this info. Well i know many of these stupid pdl send this info to many many lenders(scammers). I am just finding this out the hard way.
NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! I was just on the verge of losing our house and needed the extra at the time, obviously didnt get me anywhere : (

I'm curious, why are you trying to contact them via telephone, why not email? They will only be rude and threatening, why would you put yourself through that? You can get more accomplished in writing and will have a paper trail as proof, if the need be.
