MTE financial sent me a settlement to pay on the account or I would go to collections. I advise them that I have over paid them in roller over fees and
they should send me a PIF. They responded, we are sending you to CL?
What is CL?

I think they just either don't know how to spell collections or don't know how to abbreviate!!!!!

Is "CL" bad?? Because I've turned down EVERY offer from my MTE pdl's and I know they're next step will be this.... What exactly is it so I'll know what to expect. I don't want to FREAK OUT again and get on the site and ask 40 questions while having an anxiety attack!
