Has anyone gotten the email that states they have a special site you can log on and offer "What you can pay" as a settlement and that you will not owe anything after that point?

Is this just their way of getting new bank account info?

I got the same email from US Fastcash. They don't accept offers ....... the site kept rejecting mine because I only "offered" to pay the principle.

Interesting, I had a loan with USFastCash and haven't got that email. I wonder if this is something new they are trying? I would be a little careful of that. Do they just have a link to the site from the email?

No - they give the site and an access code. Then you can submit offers. all of mine were rejected and I wasn't about to give them new account info anyway. They even take Credit cards on there...yeesh.

Oh no, I wouldn't trust that at all. The only way I would do that is with a prepaid credit card that wasn't linked to my checking account. I would put just enough on there for them to take.
