guest, just be sure that NOTHING will go through on them from your bank account. That's the first thing. The next thing is to send them something in writing revoking their debit authorization, revoking any wage assignment you may have signed, informing them they they are only to contact you via email or USPS - no telephone communcation, state that you have found they are not licensed/legal, etc. You can email it/fax it/mail it certified to them. You need to have documentation of everything, so you won't want to speak with them via telephone. You want everything in writing. You will also want to file complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and your state attorney general against these guys. I know I just threw a lot at you, so post any questions!

Cannr,
Thank you so much for your help. Do you have a sample letter or somewhere that I can look for one? Also, do I offer a payment plan or use the Washington State law that says if they are not licensed in this state, the contract is unenforceable and uncollectable? (At least that is what I think I understand from another post, is that right?)

guest, I can pm you a letter to send to your wonderful pdls. However, I can't send you a pm unless you are a registered member. Can you do this? Just register as a member. You do not have to sign up for a free consultation or anything if you do not want to. Just sign up to join the community as a member. We can then send pm's to each other. I can send you a letter that covers everything that you can send to your pdls. I know there is one posted on here SOMEWHERE. If I can find it, I'll post it for you. However, I can pm you whatever you want if you register.

Hello there! Wonderful! Okay, do you know your state pdl law? Has that been posted for you? We need that for the letter. If not, I can post it. I can pm it. Whatever you like. Now, these guys in particular are going to be illegal. They are not licensed - period. And they're nuts! Do you have any other internet pdls out that you have questions about? Or is this the only one?

I also have USA Cash services and one click cash. I have gotten 5 others paid off, all for a ton of money. One alone for a $500 loan cost me $2250 to finally pay off. I just want to break the cycle and be done with them for the rest of my life, they have already caused me more than enough trouble.

Crap! You paid one pdl $2250 on a $500 loan? Oh my gosh! Now, I know that the one we've been discussing is an illegal one. I also know that One Click Cash is an illegal one. USA Cash Services doesn't even sound familiar to me at all. Wouldn't doubt they are illegal also. Okay. We're ready to "break they cycle" now! Do you know how to use the pm? So that we can send messages to each other?

You are excellent! I got it and responded. Now, do you know how to pick up your messages so you'll get my reply?

I thought it was going to be just where it says inbox, since the one I sent you went to my sent box, but it is saying no messages. Am I in the wrong place?

Okay. Look to the side of your screen where it says "CHAT". Underneath that, it'll say You have X messages. It should say 1 message. Click on that. It should bring you to the page where your messages are and my message should be there. Try that. We'll get it!

Nope, nothing! I wonder why? I am seeing the one I sent you in my sent box, so I know at least that part is working.
