MTE Financial HELP URGENT!!

Received a call today from Law offices of Smitz and Caine about a loan from MTE Financial. They are giving us two days to file our they are sueing us they stated. What can be done?confused.gif

anyplace collecting for MTE is a bottomfeeder.file AG and FTC complaints.this place souns like a collector for MTE as they are threatening something they can't do.a couple of questions.

how much was borrowed
how much was debited before default

you see being as MTE is illegal in the exterme.if the amount debited from your account met or exceeded the principle then you owe nothing more.i doubt any court would allow an illegal lender to file suit.that includes any attorney's.file the complaints.they are not gonna sue on an illegal pdl.
