ok..in my on going search for info: I have paid these guys $830. on a $300. loan. Anyone have any dealings with them, street address/email/fax nummbers. All I have is the original telephone number I called the first time I missed a payment when I was trying to close my account and stop the debits...whichof course didn't happen...LOL. Feels so good to be able to laugh about this stuff...much better that all the crying I was doing last month!!!

I would consider yourself done with them This company is also ameriloan. File a complaint with your attorney general's office, that worked for me, as I also overpaid these crooks. They never bothered me again. I'm sure somebody will come along with updated contact info. The contact info. I have has since changed, which is what they do when the heat is on, change location and contact info.

You can try that. But they will probably submit a paper check, they usually do this when blocks have been placed on them.

Check with the BBB website for any updated information on them. I knew they used to be in Nevada but that was a long time ago.

Then they moved to Oklahoma, and remember not too long ago Oklahoma officials ordered them to cease and desist operations and any collection activities and they had to stop collecting on current loans as well. That thread is on here somewhere, it has a copy of the letter also.

I looked at the BBB and found an address in OK. I ran some of the telephone numbers they have given me and also came up with Cash Advance Network, in Ravinia,Ok. but with the same phone...very interesting!!! Can't wait for the AG's office to open MOnday morning!!!!!

I'm not surprised you found another payday loan company linked to them. These places have so many DBAs it isn't even funny, I'm sure we would never be able to find all of them. And I think that when the heat is on they just change the name. Twisted Evil

Okay, here's what I have on MTE Financial. God love the. My loans are actually Quickest-Cash-Advance and One Click Cash. However, it's MTE Financial. That's whose names appears when debits are taken. They have many different pdl names. I made a list of what I know of: One Click Cash, Quickest-Cash-Advance, Rio Resources, Quickest Pay Day Loan, Your Approved To 1000, 1000 Payday Loan, Emergency Cash Loans, Payday Loan On Line 1000, Ten Dollar Pay Day, United Loans, 500 Fash Cash, ameriloan, United Cash Loan, Paxing Pay Day Loan, Instant Cash USA, and Instant Pay Day Loans. Here's the information I have on them: MTE FINANCIAL SERVICES, 320 N. ACADEMY, STE. 103, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80910. Also 147 EUBANK BLVD, N.E., ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87123. Also 13170 CENTRAL AVE. Which I find totally amusing since I don't even have a pdl with that one, but it's all the same. Just operating under different pdl names. Hope this helps, but I haven't gotten any responses from them. Just directed to 10 Dollar Pay Day. OH! And, also, you can go to the Attorney General website for your state and download a complaint form. Here in KY, you download them, fill out the information, and mail 2 copies to them. They take it from there. Also, I have found the site IC3.GOV to be very interesting. They take complaints regarding internet. Someone posted it on the forum and I checked it out. Ended up sending in a few complaints.....

I forgot about Rio Resources being connected to MTE, don't know how I forgot that one. I'm going to check out that site to file internet complaints also.
