Hello. Does anyone know for sure if Loan Shop is the same as MTE Financial Services?
What about Payday-Loan-Yes?

Neither are the same company as MTE.
Payday Loan Yes is the same as Cash Net 500.
There are 2 loan shops . . . . Little Loan Shoppe and The Loan Shop. The Loan Shop is connected to Geneva Roth.

I believe goudah is correct in that neither of them are connected to MTE. Most, if not all of the MTE's, the MNE's show a private registration within the domain they use. They dont' want access to them personally. If you notice, you will not find any identifying info on their communications and when you ask, they tell you they can't disclose that info. Other PDLs do show their Admin contact and that is how I was able to get my Star Advance loan squashed.

I had a loan with MTE a while back. Overpaid by $15 and sent the basic letters needed to make them aware of their practices. Filed complaints from A-Z and have not heard from them in over 3 months. I have contacted them recently informing them I am considering this matter "Closed" if no response was sent within 72hrs. Do you think they contaced me, NOPE  They are ILLEGAL as crime itself and have no legal action of recourse, but debiting your bank account to a zero balance if they find it
