I have a loan from Zip cash and requested a PIF since I have had a loan with them since Dec. 2006.
A 500 loan/ 150 renewed X 14 times = 2100 in rollover fees alone. I received an email from them which had a attached that reads: " confidential mutual release agreement" what is this?

lpatch, they are telling you that they are "releasing" you from your debt with them (or whatever your agreement was). The Mutual Consent Form is just something stating that you will not disclose to anyone this agreement. In other words, "keep it a secret" that they settled with you, basically. If the settlement you agreed upon with them is good with you - whatever it may have been - then sign the dumb thing and fax it back to them.
