They make me laugh

Edollars/MW Marketing sent me an email after I had said that I contacted their ACH processor. This is what they responded with.....

You can have the ACH processor call us, but please remember that they work for us. We have done business with them for quite some time now. They know us as a reputable company; I do not think you will get much help from them on your end. However if it makes you feel better, by all means you can contact them.

Thank you,

MW Marketing, LLC

Makes me laugh because I know that people are contacting the ACH and eventually they will drop them as a customer.

Its all scare tactics these "people" will stop at nothing to scare you into paying them. Continue doing what you are doing and eventually it will be all over. Keep your head up and stay strong.

mandywebb. . .who is there processor? Do they really think that they can scare you into not speaking with the processor? I am willing to bet dollars to donuts that they are s**ting bricks right now thinking about how they will move their funds once they processor drops their raggedy ass. You are right, it is just a matter of time and enough phone calls before the processors get sick and tired of debiting on a revoked account and running the risk of going down the crapper with them.

mandywebb. . .you are right, this maks me laugh as well. They say that they have done business with the processor for years and they know them as reputable. Well of course they would. Up until recently no one every notified them that they were debiting on revoked accounts. Who was about to tell them? The PDL? I don't think so. Like I said in another post, once I found out that Bank of the West was processing for Star Advance, I called the Legal Department and they returned my phone call indicating that they were not aware of the situation. Based on my complaint they called Star and severed all banking relationships with them. These processors won't risk debiting against the EFT transaction law. It's just a matter of time before the PDLs burn in hell.
