Cash supply offered me a settlement of $178.00. My loan was for only $200.00 I have paid them back $240.00. I don't want to settle.
If I still owe Cash Transfer Center money but they are illegal. What are my options>

If you overpaid them, why settle? I wouldnt give them another dime.

Because Cash Supply is licensed in New Mexico. According to New Mexico state pdl law, it is not overpaid. drillboy, I posted on your other thread regarding this. I posted the New Mexico state pdl law and also some information regarding your situation with Cash Transfer Centers.
