If you have any questions, you may contact my husband on his cell phone number which is 202538-2429. Like I said I can not receive any phone calls because I can not
receive no incoming calls because my service provider is working to find out what the
problem is on there end. I should have it running in about 2-3 hours. My e-mail address was submitted for reaching me when I did my application on line.

Katrina-This is not a paydayloan website by a public forum dedicated to helping folks get out from under pay day loans. My advice - don't take out the loan!!!!

Katina, you should remove all of your personal info from this forum (e.g. phone number, email address, etc.)

I made the mistake of accepting a pre-approval of 180.00. That same day, I came across all these complaints and what not and immediately wanted out. I closed my bank account that I had provided to mycashnow that same day and thought that I was in the clear since, obviously, if they can't loan me anything, I don't owe them anything. Right? Well that was about 2 weeks ago and my new bank account that I opened after closing the first one has the loan in it! How??? I'm not using any of the money they gave me and plan on having the amount they say I will owe them on Dec 3rd (when I get my next paycheck) but all these complaints make me very nervous that they will try to withdraw more than they say I owe or will claim they never received payment even if the money is sitting in my account for them. I would like to avoid closing another bank account but I can not afford to get into as much debt as some of the other people who have dealt with this "company". Advice please?!

I made the mistake of accepting a pre-approval of 180.00 from mycashnow. I discovered all these complaints right after completing the loan agreement. Well, I desided I immediately wanted out so that same day, I closed my bank account that I had provided to the website thinking if they cant loan me anything, I dont owe them anything. Right? Well, that was about 2 weeks ago and low and behold, the loan has been deposited into my NEW bank account! My savings account at that. How?! I'm not doing anything with the money that was deposited. I plan on leaving it in my account plus the 28.00 fee they say I owe on Dec. 3 (when I get my next paycheck). I really don't want to close another bank account so hopefully they will withdraw the correct amount and that will be that, but all these complaints are making me very nervous that they will attempt to withdraw more or tack on more fees they failed to mention. Super stressed and just want to go back in time and unclick "I Agree". Advice please? Can I do anything legally since they deposited money into a bank account I never gave them access to?

I am going thru the same thing sort of. I paid my loan off to a collection agency in Nov 2009. I am now receiving the same type of phone calls. I get thias rude man who keeps telling me that they are going to send me a summons and I am going to get arrested. I told them I have proof I paid of my loan, but he does not beleive me. I do not know what to do either.

You are really taking a HUGE risk by leaving that account opened.

First tell them verbally that they are not allowed to call you at your place of business. Then send them cease and desist letter from contacting you and any other phone numbers they have listed for you (www.privacyrights.org). Then ask them to send you via e-mail a worksheet verifying the amount of the loan and the fees associated with it. And then have them list within the worksheet any and all payments made from the starting date of the loan to the present. Ask them if they could send you those same documents via US postal service certified with a return receipt. This way you will have a record of the payments they have documented and an addresss to cross reference with the BBB and the FTC also an address to send court documents to if need be. But do not send anymore monies thru Western Union or Money Gram to CPD from this day forth. Now tally up your payments and if your payments equals the principal balance and then some send them an e-mail and fax attesting to that. Also send them a written notification that you are revoking any and all of their ACH priviledges with your financial institution. It is a possibility that they may mark your account Paid in Full. And don't forget to ask them for a confirmation e-mail and faxed or mailed letter that the loan has been Paid in Full with their letterhead on it and signed by the head of the Institution that initiated the loan. Good Luck.

It appears that I am in the same boat as all of you. I recieved threating phone calls from the collection agency, one of which by a lady who was extremely rude for no reason. Some how all of my information was given to them and I know for a fact that I did not ask mycashnow.com for any of their services. They apparently have all of my information including my address but not once did I ever recieve any documentation stating that I requested a loan from this company. I checked my own personal records to ensure that there wasn't any deposits from this company and lieu and behold not a single dime was deposited into my bank account. This company needs to be stopped. Any one who has any unjust run-ins with this company do the right thing, report them to the Better Buisness Bureau and take any measures neccessary to protect yourself against these blue collar criminals.

I have tried to leave a message with CPD, and MyCashnow, on the email kept coming back undeliverable, and they don't have a voice mail system.

Megan called my house, and then called me at work, my employer tells them that I am busy, and that it is illegal to call people at work.

I have filed a complaint against her with the Federal Trade Commission, along with others.

I would file a complaint with them with the Federat Trade Commission, here is the link:

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.go...d.aspx?Lang=en

I have an email that I tried to send, I would love to send it.

I will consider my contract with them, null & void, and any other company who calls me at work. I have filed complaints with others as well.

Good luck! If I call them during the day, heaven help this Megan. She will hear an earful.
