OK GOT ANOTHER EMAIL FROM MYPAYDAYLOAN SAYING THEY HAVE SENT INFO TO SCAN SO I CAN NEVER WRITE ANOTHER CHECK, EVEN AT THE GROCERY STORE? CAN THEY DO THIS SINCE THEY ARE NOT EVEN IN THE UNITED STATES?

I am dealing with them as well. I paid $600 on a $500 loan and they continue to say I owe them $575.
They now want me to pay $57.50 in 10 bi-weekly payments to them. They are an overseas PDL...
they can't do that....dont worry!

now they have sent it to collections with a company named detex collections agency. does anyone have any info on them ? i found them here in the states but how can a us business do colections for an illegal out of the country comapany?

is detex located in the us,or is any address they have just a shell?it does seem odd that an illegal overseas pdl can do anything even with a CA in the states,if anything a legit us address would be begging for AG complaints and lawsuits against them.

ok update everyone 2 days of bliss from no emails from mypaydayloan and gfsil. 1 day of no phone calls at work from gfsil. think they have given up? i doubt that lol
