Like others, I have received obnoxious emails from a John Michaels at this place. I am also receiving outrageous phones calls from a Troy Edwards. I have filed complaints with the appropriate authorities..does anyone know who owns this company? Who is the highest person that I can list as a contact for the AG, or to whom I would send a registered letter?

Not sure what state you're in but check the state department of corporations and usually thier registered agent is listed.

I get phone calls from this guy all the time. He says that I have a loan from 2003 That i still owe $260 on. I told him I am more than willing to pay anything I owe to a company if he can send me a statement of what I owe. Of course, that never happened. He said he couldn't mail me anything but could e-mail a document. Never rec'd it. So I just ignore his phone calls.
