I am trying to find out if this company is Legal. Their address is in Costa Rica. I have so far paid them 400 on a 200 dollar loan. I live in Tennessee so I need to know if they are licensed in any state.

In tennessee they only have to be licensed in a state. It doesn't have to be Tennessee that they are licensed in so how do I find out if they are licensed in another state?
