Are they Legal in Texas! They are harrassing me and will not take my ACH revokation serously...What do I do?

Nationwide and Payday Loan Yes will not back off!!! They were told to cease and desist all collections--HUH! Payday Loan Yes sold my loan to AIS Collections!. NC AG told me to tell them to go to hell!!

They are one of them that I am dealing with too. Keep calling me at work. I can't find an email for a cd letter. Do you have one?

Ok, I sent the fax to them this morning. About an hour later, I receive a phone call from someone there stating she received my fax, (which means she read the c&d part) and said something about not accepting a pdl 3rd party consolidation company? huh???? Her voice mail was VERY hard to understand. She said that she would love to make arrangements with them, and If they don't hear from me they will be doing something with my account (again, couldn't understand her) and good luck with my financial situation. ugh
now what?
