Im dealing with them right now. They're ruthless!!! I didnt have any contact information for them and then finally they emailed me. Im waiting to hear from the BBB, FTC, and AG about them.

It's just so hard to understand this company. They haven't emailed me back, but they keep trying to take money out of my account. It's caused multiple NSF fees. I feel like I'm losing it.

Is your account closed or blocked? Perhaps you need to find out who their processor is and contact them and let them know Nationwide is breaking the law by ignoring your ACH authorization revocation. That's what I would do. You might need to call the ACH department of your bank and inform them that Nationwide is knowingly breaking the law by making multiple attempts to debit your account, even after you exercised your rights by revoking their ACH authorization.
