Open a new account. Contact your social security people and give them the new bank account information and tell them to start the deposits there immediately. Put a hard debit block on the old account. I know it sounds overwhelming, but you need to do this. You need to prevent these guys from debiting your account any more. The only way to do this is to block that account totally. Of course, you need a new account for your deposits. You can do it all in one day. If you stress to the social security that it needs to be deposited to the new account immediately due to fraud on your other account, I am sure they can take your new information and start depositing it in the new account.

love, it has to be a hard debit block. Tell your bank you need to block your account so there are NO debits / withdrawls at all. YOu need to get your deposits. They should understand this.

Okay, what do you mean a temporary block? Did they say you have to put a stop payment on certain companies? They can put a hard debit block on your account. These are illegal companies taking your money! What exactly did the bank tell you?

Right now your main priority is to get that account that the pdls have the information on BLOCKED. You need it to where NOTHING can come out - only deposits going in. You can open a new account and contact your social security and give them the new account information. Your bank needs to put a BLOCK on the account. Not a stop payment, not a temporary hold, but a block. You have fraudulent activity going on. These are illegal companies. Once we get that block on that account so they can not debit any longer, we can get you a letter to send to the pdls. Right now though, we need to get that account taken care of.

You can not do a stop payment. They will just use a different name and debit. A stop payment will not work. I don't understand your banks problem. You can have a "deposit only" status on your account. That way deposits can go in, you can go in and withdraw money and have the block placed back on. You can do this until your social security starts being deposited into your new account. They have to put a hard debit block/deposit only status on the account. Have you spoken to the manager at the bank? Not a teller?
