Just keep on emailing it, love. I'm being serious. It was my "mission" on a daily basis to send my stupid letter at least once a day to every illegal pdl I had! Sometimes more than once a day if they responded with an idiot email telling me I owed them a half million bucks! I'd just email the same letter to them again!

Love, of course I will keep you son in my prayers. I know my asthma has been really bad lately so I have great sympathy. And I have gotten several letter like that from the BBB. It stinks.

love, prayers for your son, my friend. I'm sorry to hear he's having problems.

And, I'm sorry the BBB closed this one on you. However, it's not unusual. The BBB doesn't go out of their way. If the company doesn't respond to them, they just close it.

I would either talk to the branch manager or the president of the bank. You have the right to revoke your authorization to have ACH drafts taken out of your account. My suggestion is to go to another First Charter branch and talk to the manager, have your letter ready in hand with the fact that these companies are illegally lending money to you and you wish to revoke any further ACH transactions from your account. Ask for a "Hard hold". This will give you time to get your money and change to a new account. If you have any overdrafts you will have to pay them first before you open an new account.
