Pdls are PROHIBITED in your state. This means they are lending illegally to you. You need to close your bank account ASAP to prevent them from debiting any longer. That is your first step. Get control of your money again. I'm going to post something regarding closing your bank account.

Okay. You can put a hard debit block on your account. This way nothing can go through. When I say nothing, I mean nothing. Your deposits can still go in, but nothing goes out. That's why you would need to open a new account (we advise at a different bank) so that you can route your direct deposit to the new account and anything that comes out automatically (payments that are legit). Can you do this? Can you put a hard debit block on your account, open a new account, redirect your direct deposit? Tell your payroll that your bank account has been affected by fraudulent activity and they need to stop direct deposit and issue you paper checks until your new account is open. Maybe they can do that? When I told my payroll I had to close my account because of fraud, I gave them the new bank account information and they changed it immediately. It is possible for you to do this?

Love, your direct deposit can be changed to a new account or bank...do you pay for your apartment through your account? What you need to do then is go to the bank and have them place a hard debit block on your account, so your direct deposit can go in, but no money can come out unless you go into the bank and get it...it means no checks, atm, debit card.

Open a new account. Contact your social security people and give them the new bank account information and tell them to start the deposits there immediately. Put a hard debit block on the old account. I know it sounds overwhelming, but you need to do this. You need to prevent these guys from debiting your account any more. The only way to do this is to block that account totally. Of course, you need a new account for your deposits. You can do it all in one day. If you stress to the social security that it needs to be deposited to the new account immediately due to fraud on your other account, I am sure they can take your new information and start depositing it in the new account.
