Hi All. I need help with PDL's in Nebraska. I want to pay them but I cant afford all of the fees and such. What can I do?

I have six loans all internet

Hi there and welcome! Not sure but at first glance I don't think any of yours are legal, I need to double check though so hang tight while I do a little research!

OK, I checked the NE licensee data base and can not find, Inmyaccount, Signmyloan, National or Tremont Financial as legal lenders, but you can call 402-471-2171 (NE DFI) to find out for sure. Meanwhile, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

I sent the form letter that I found here challenging the fees and intrest and so far 3 of the six have replied accepting principal only payments crediting any fees toward the principal!!!

Did you have any luck with inmyaccount.com?? I have a loan with them too.
