I found out that only paydayloan companies in the state of nebraska are legal. Any other payday loan companies that are not in Ne are illegal. So if it is an internet loan or a paydayloan from another state it is illegal.

The internet loan company must be listed with your state regulator before they are allowed to conduct a legit lending business. Are you dealing with any company that is not following the laws of your state?
