I was reading the state ord. on pdl in nebraska on saw you can only have 2 payday loans. Is that for one pdl store or is that for all the stores in Nebraska. If that is the total for that time then all those storefronts are breaking the law because they check on who writes checks thru a system. Also some pdl stores also say u can go to the next state and write more checks. Basically they are enabling a person to find other places when they know you in trouble.

Thanks, I been checking on this ever other day. Must be a brain scratcher. Also when I was checking on the store front loans, a lot of them are part of a larger chain too, so the share information.
