I need information on this company. they are an internet loan company. We originally had a $300.00 for which we have paid $270.00 so far.

Whatever money is automatically taken out of your bank account by this company IS NOT A PAYMENT. All it is is a refinance charge that they help themselves too twice monthly. In order to pay ANYTHING towards the original amount you have to fax them paperwork saying to take $50 plus the $90 finance charge!!

Thats how these companies get you. The fax has to be received with in a certain time frame. I do not have a fax in my home do you? The notice comes on a friday and you have 48 hours to print a form and find a fax. If you do not read your email you lose even more time.
They know that many people will just let it roll over!

It really amazes me that some people can even get online. Yeah, I know the guy above probably needs help and he mistook this site for whomever he's pissed at but damn this seems to happen at least 4 or 5 times a week. I can't believe this many people are so clueless as to posting their name and phone number online.

Get intouch with your bank and get the mailing address anad phone number from them. They should know where the check came from.

OMG, what a tangled web we weave when once we try and deceive. How many names does this group go by? The same number keeps coming back to a million different names and addresses. I also have an account with MCN, I did receive one phone call from someone, who I thought was CPD, but now that I see the call letters, I think that is who they said they were. Never returned the call, never heard from them again. I did fax my C and D letter over to CPD but it looks like I need to fax it over to SGQ as well. My motto is, give em' enough rope and they will eventually hang themselves. Not too soon as far as I am concerned. Thanks for the tip.
