what if a pdl puts a negative on your credit report even though they're illegal/prohibited in my state would it have an effect on my credit report?are they able to do that?what do i do then?

If they do file a complaint with the credit bureau. Also file with the BBB and your stata's AG's office.

how do i get in touch with the credit bureau?how do i know wether they have affected my credit rating?right now i do not have credit,well it is bad and im trying to pay off my debt through a credit counseling agency but for future how will i get rid of these pdls?i have filed a complained with my ag office before and even changed my bank account but im just concerned since i haven't heard from these pdl companies in 2 months now and am afraid that i might get a letter in the mail from a collection agency about them.would that be possible for them eventhough they're prohibited in my state?

A good place to start would be to order your free credit report you are entitled to once a year...
