I have several payday loans out in Nevada, I just looked on the list of pdl's in my state and none of them are on the list. These companies are killing me, They have been hitting my account for months every payday I am overdrawn before I can pay any of my bills. I called the bank this morning and told them that this is fruad and because they are all in my husbands name they said I cannot do anything until they speak to him. Can I make them reverse the ach's and put the money back in my account? and then revoke all ach's from my account?

If the payday loans are in your husband's name, then they cannot debit your account for the payments. Moreover, if they are unlicensed to operate in your state, then they won't be able to charge any interest charges or fees. Check out the given page in order to know how you can deal with unlicensed payday lenders: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...-dealings.html .

I'm assuming you and your husband have a joint account.

Please give us the names of each of the lenders, how the loans were obtained (internet or storefront), how much was originally deposited into the account and how much has been debited from the account for each so far.
