Hi all,

You guys have been a great help to me in the past. Unfortunately, I did not learn my lesson the first time, and I just need a little more help .

I have two legal payday loans and one that I believe is illegal. I have just closed my account and will be defaulting on all three. I lost my sample letters from before, I need sample letters for the legal payday loans that revoke the ACH (the account is thoroughly closed regardless but want this to be as clean as possible) and for the illegal operation that I have paid 3 $135 finance charges on a $475 principle and would like those charges applied to the principle, since I believe the company is not licensed in my state (one click cash).

I looked in the sample letters on this site, but could not find them.

Also- can someone clarify the Nevada law about repayment plan. My understanding is that after I default, if I request within 30 days of the default, they must offer me a 90 day repayment plan. Does that sound correct? I do intend on paying these back, but have to get out from under the finance charges and also start with a new account and "burn my bridges" as far as having the ability to get new loans. Trying to start this year right and get back on track!

Thanks all for your help.

A repayment plan with the legal companies is an EPP. Not sure if your state has a specific repayment plan. But with the EPP you have to go in before your due date to ask for it.

Also one click is not licensed in your state.

you can find sample letters in the do it yourself section at the top of the page.
