big payday loans have bad practises. you get a loan and if you dont call them and say you want to pay off 3 days before your pay day then it is costly. i have had 4 loans with them and on the 4th i couldnt pay and there collections dept called me over and over. one person gave me a number to call 877-210-9419 and i paid $90 and my loan was paid. i dont know if i would use pay day loans again i would rather ask a friend but i am out of it now.

Never use a payday loan again. It's good that you have come out of this mess without losing much. Many people have lost huge amounts to these sharks. Thank God that you have been warned earlier of not to fall into this mess again.

I would rather be flat out broke with nothing to eat then to ever borrow from a PDL again. I would be homeless first. They are leeches!

And even though you have paid them off, I would file a complaint against them with the ag in your state. We all have ot take a stand and run these scumbags out of business.

I, too, recieved a payday loan from big. They loaned me 200, and the following friday they took out 265 from my account. I thought this was lagit, with the interest and all, however, for the past 3 weeks, they have been calling me up to 32 times in one day saying that i still owe them money. They have called my workplace also as many as 6 times in one day. I have contacted a consumer law attorney who asked me to get the're mailing address, witch they refuse to give me. They have left numerous harrassing messages stating that they are going to transfer this to the're legal dept. When i respond by saying please do, and have them contact my attorney, the then respond by saying that they are going to discuss this matter with my work supervisor. According to wisconsin state law, these practices are illegal, and harrassing. I have instructed my supervisor, who has already told them not to call my job, that she can say that i don't work there anymore. Without a mailing address, i do not know how to have my attorney contact them, as when he calls, the reps. From big just argue with him and will not give him a straight answer. What do i do??? Help!!

Big is one of the most illegal companies out there. they are located in the UK and hold no licenses to lend anywhere in this country. I hope that you have closed your checking account so they can not get any more of your money. As far as an attorney , it really sems like you will just be throwing away your money, as this company can not do anything to you at all to collect .
